This New YEAR's EVE AM, you can join me from your living room in you PJ's, to reset both your internal systems such as your nervous system as well as your physical body to feel more aligned in how you want to show up in 2024!
This class will give you Mindful tools you can take with you and use again and again, as well as breathwork mixed with writing to release any sh!t you don't want. We will move with a pilates and barre-inspired workout that is low-impact and will lovingly open up your joints and muscles and leave you feeling stronger and energized.

Welcome, I'm Jenn. A spontaneous lover of life! I've had some battles and journeys that forced me to reassess my passions and values in life.
First off, I believe that working out shouldn't be a task or a chore and that there are soulmate workouts for each of you. Having fun through movement allows you to look forward to it and easily incorporate it into your life.
I am a certified fitness instructor in PIYO, CIZE and Transform 20, and I use my training to create fun classes that make you feel vibrant and fun again!
I also have my certificate in Mindful Somatic Therapy and incorporate this into my classes.
I am a mother of 2 wild kiddos aged 7 and 11.
After my second child I chose to take some time off and work on myself. I've never looked back!!!
Having children completely shook me and made me fully re-asses my life. I suffered from Post Partum depression and anxiety and felt completely alone. I didn't think I'd ever feel vibrant again.
I felt sluggish and overwhelmed. I had gained 50 lbs and lost myself.
Through the diagnosis of depression and anxiety after my second child, anti-depressants for 2 years, personal development books that focused on mindfullness, pilates, and yoga classes, new friendships, and more I was able to see a new world that included that vibrant and connected ME!

Jenn makes me happy. I'm so glad I said yes and joined February's Love Notes to Yourself program. I was looking for something just for me and I found it. I love the journal prompts and exercise classes that you can do at your own pace. The meditations have been something new to me but I'm finding ways to incorporate them into my schedule. I am motivated by gyms and by outside runs. Jenn changed that for me. She heard my needs and showed me how working out in my home could help give me time and joy. 2 years later, I am still working out in my house. Jenn is motivating, authentic and gives from her soul. It is in a way so that you don't want to stop because you know she ain't going to stop. She is all heart and power.
